No, employers with only household employees are not required to file Form 941; however, they have to file Form 1040 Schedule H, Household Employment Taxes. If you file Form 1040, 1040-SR, 1040-NR, 1040-SS, or 1041, Schedule H must be attached to it by April 15. The return must be filed if the employee received more than $2,100 in a year.
