If you e-file Form W-2 using 123PayStubs, you need not file Form W-3. We’ll send it directly to the agency, and we still auto-generate Form W-3 for your records, which you can view and download from the Dashboard.
However, when you opt to paper-file W-2, you are supposed to send copies of Forms W-2 and W-3 to the SSA.
