How to download Form 1099-MISC with SSNs masked?

In 123PayStubs, you'll have an option to download form copies with the SSN masked and unmasked.
Here’s how to download Form 1099-MISC:
- Sign in to your 123PayStubs account
- Under the Tax Filings Dashboard, navigate to Form 1099-MISC >> Transmitted Forms tab
- Click the Download icon and choose how you want to download the forms (masked or unmasked)
When you opt to download with an unmasked SSN, the file will be password protected. However, the SSN appearing in copy A generated for SSA will not be masked as per the SSA's regulations.
