Why is my promo code not working?

If you are getting an "Invalid" error after applying your promo code in your Order Summary, it might be a simple typo. Or the other reasons could include:
Code must have been expired: Many promo codes are only valid for a limited period. You can see their validity in the email that you receive or in your 123PayStubs dashboard under Notifications. In case you are trying to redeem them past their due date, they won’t work. You may also search for other codes in the coupon websites.
Check for case sensitive: There is a possibility that some codes may be case sensitive. To avoid this, always copy and paste the codes from the email if you have received or from the dashboard before using them.
