Why is the company address a mandatory field?

While creating pay stubs for employees, you can see that the company address field under 'Company Info' is mandated. 
 
It is because if employees are employed in a state that has a withholding requirement; then their state withholdings will be calculated based on their work location. Some states may have withholding requirements and some may not. 

Based on the company address, we'll calculate state withholding taxes. You can choose to calculate your employee's taxes based on the W-4 info or based on the supplemental rate.
