If you want to create a pay stub for an employee for whom you've already created a pay stub with us, you can simply duplicate the pay stub and add the earnings. By doing so, you can save a lot of time.
Here's how to make a copy of the pay stub:
- Sign in to your 123PayStubs account
- Go to dashboard >> Recent Pay Stubs
- Click Make a copy against the pay stub that you want to duplicate.
The employee's basic details will be automatically filled, and you just have to enter the pay period and earnings info. Then, calculate the taxes and complete the order as usual.
