However, it's important to note that at 123PayStubs, refunds are only processed in specific circumstances, as our Refund Policy outlines. Please review the policy before proceeding with a refund request. If your refund request has been approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- You have paid more than one time for a stub.
- You could not access (view, download, or email) your generated pay stub at any time.
- You are not able to edit (spellings and others) the generated stub.
- You made some corrections and didn’t receive an email within 24 hours.
 - If it’s 24 hours since you created a pay stub and you didn’t receive an email about it.
