Will I receive a refund? If so, when?

Yes, if you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a refund. 123PayStubs only initiate refunds under certain circumstances. But, if you do not like our product or your stub’s template or color, we will not process refunds. We suggest that you read the Refund Policy before requesting a refund. Please be aware that our customer support team has the final determination in making decisions with regard to issuing a refund.
Refunds will be initiated when:
- You have paid more than one time for a stub.
- You could not access (view, download, or email) your generated pay stub at any time.
- You are not able to edit (spellings and others) the generated stub.
- You made some corrections and didn’t receive an email within 24 hours.
- If it’s 24 hours since you created a pay stub and you didn’t receive an email of it.
