How is YTD calculated in 123PayStubs?

Year-to-date is the amount of income earned and deductions paid for the year, which comes useful during tax filing to file your tax return.

In order to arrive at your YTD numbers, you can either:

  • Enter the employee earnings for the pay period and 123PayStubs will consider the earnings to be the same every pay period and will compute numbers accordingly. For example, if an employee is paid on a monthly schedule of $500 for April, YTD will be computed as $500*4= $2000.
  • Edit the last YTD values calculated by 123PayStubs with accurate numbers.
