How to track the status of my correction request?

With 123PayStubs, you can correct the pay stubs if you have found any mistakes on the pay stubs even after completing the order. A few details can only be corrected by the support team. To change those details, you have to request for correction.
It may take up to 12 hours for the support team to process your correction request. In the meantime, you can track the status of your request.
Once you request a correction to a pay stub, the status of your request will be displayed on the pay stub card. To view the status of your correction request, follow the steps below:
- Sign in to your 123PayStubs account.
- Navigate to Recent Pay Stubs
Here are the different request statuses:
- Requested: This status will appear when you submit a correction request to the support team until the request is taken for processing. You will be able to modify or cancel the request during this time. To do so, click the Requested link.
- In progress: This status will appear once your request has been taken for processing. If your request is in progress, you cannot modify or cancel the request or request for another correction for the same pay stub.
Once your correction request is processed successfully, you'll be notified through an email and the pay stub will be updated in your account. In case your request is declined by the support team, you'll receive an email with the reason for rejection.
